Ignoring racism won’t mean that suddenly the black man’s dollar will finally be the same as the white man’s dollar.
Ignoring racism won’t mean suddenly every racist ever decides that what they’re doing is wrong.
Ignoring them encourages them. It means no one is calling them out and telling them they’re wrong, so they think they’re right.
